Digital Station #3 with Exhaustive Photon Reassignment Deconvolution

Using a back thinned cooled 15 bit Photo is specially designed for high resolution imaging of extremely weak fluorescent signal including single molecule detection.   The Exhaustive Photon Reassignment deconvolution software relies on a real pointspread sample to reassign scattered photons to their proper location in a 3D volume.
