F11 Quicksnap, use <Shift>F11 to preset
F12 Quicksnap, use <Shift>F11 to preset
<Shift>F11 Sets the Quciksnap exposure times and binning.

Variables used:

Montage collection scripts use the following:
V191 Binning for Focus Live; default set to 2; ; use <Shift>F12 to change.
V190 exposure time for Focus Live; default set to 100; use <Shift>F12 to change.
V150 Field width (um)
V151 Field height (um)
V152 Fields to right (columns to snap)
V153 Fields down (rows to snap)
V154 exposure (ms)
V155 binning
V156 counter for x (columns)
V157 counter for y (rows)
V158 y rewind
V140 Step direction X (-1 or 1)
V141 Step direction X (-1 or 1)
V142 X of starting corner
V143 Y of starting corner
V144 X of ending corner
V145 Y of ending corner
V146 Z of starting corner
V147 Z of ending corner
V148 step direction Z
V149 Z step size = V148 * ( abs(V147-V146) / sqrt(width^2 + height^2) )

Scales and Montaging with Prior Stage:

Full 1X1 binning camera size is 1280 X 1024 pixels.

At 20X, the field is 410 um wide.  Each pixel = 0.32 um.   The height, therefore, is 328 um.

Other Technical Details:

SIIG 4 com port card installed; no COM2 on computer.

Prior stage in COM3;  null modem cable;  9600 baud;   8 bits;  no parity;  2 stop bits.

Olympus controller in COM1;  straight through cable;  9600 baud;  8 bits;  no parity;  1 stop bit.
