The AIF provides live cell (and live animal) imaging and follow-up quantification on most of its light microscope platforms.

Time lapse microscopy may be performed on all our light microscope imaging stations in all microscopy modes.  For example, we may image CFP and YFP simultaneously at 2 frames per second with a phase contrast image interleaved at one per minute.  Each microscope station has its own capabilities.  Please talk to AIF staff about your experimental needs.
